The biggest benefit for myself is the chance to communicate with customers coming into the shop and giving them a good impression of the charity therefore coming back to the shop frequently.

“I volunteer mainly on reception but during lockdown I set up a recycling collection team and a team to deliver orders from supermarkets to people like myself, who were in isolation. This was carried out on my computer, in my apartment, adhering to government and ExtraCare guidelines.”
