Humber Court has offers over 46 homes and the over 55’s community in Coventry.

Depending on your individual requirements, the Scheme can support significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents who do not currently have any care needs are also very welcome at Humber Court.

Local people (or those with local connections) 55 and over are eligible to apply for a home at Humber Court.

We have a number of social rented homes available across our locations, for which applicants must be over 55 years old.
