Lark Hill is ExtraCare's largest Village, with fabulous facilities and unrivalled views over open countryside in Clifton, overlooking the Soar Valley.
If you are over the age of 60 (55 in exceptional circumstances), living in Nottingham or with a local connection, and would like to apply for a home, please call us on 0115 969 5000, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible to live at Lark Hill Village, you or a close relative (parent, sibling or child) must pay council tax to Nottingham City Council and be resident. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact the Village.
We have 327 homes and over 400 residents.
Around a third of residents within the Village receive some care or support. Depending on individual circumstances, we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia.
Our properties are available for rent, shared ownership and purchase.
