Coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions

In response to concerns about Covid-19 at Lark Hill Village, we have advised residents that they must remain in their apartments whenever possible. External visitors are not allowed unless authorised by the onsite manager.

We have made this decision because we have residents and staff with suspected symptoms and/or an official diagnosis. These measures are aimed at restricting the spread of any virus within the village.

Thank you for helping our community to remain safe at this difficult time.

Lark Hill is ExtraCare's largest Village, with fabulous facilities and unrivalled views over open countryside in Clifton, overlooking the Soar Valley.

If you are over the age of 60 (55 in exceptional circumstances), living in Nottingham or with a local connection, and would like to apply for a home, please call us on 0115 969 5000, or email julie.hughes@extracare.org.uk. To be eligible to live at Lark Hill Village, you or a close relative (parent, sibling or child) must pay council tax to Nottingham City Council and be resident. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact the Village.

We have 327 homes and over 400 residents.

Around a third of residents within the Village receive some care or support. Depending on individual circumstances, we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia.

You're safe with us

As we all start to safely emerge from lockdown, we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all who have supported our villages and residents over the last few months. And say thank you to the NHS and all key workers across the UK too as well as sending our thoughts to all communities where loved ones have been lost.

This video features our CEO, Mick Laverty, alongside some of our residents, to explain how the last few months have been and how we have so far achieved our mission to protect our community and create a safe haven for all.
