For the first time, operators across the UK’s Integrated Retirement Community sector are speaking with one voice. ARCO (IRC’s representative body) are launching a coordinated campaign named ‘Generation Joy’ to redefine how society sees later life.

Gone are the days of outdated stereotypes. Today’s retirees are active, social, and full of life, and modern retirement villages are designed to match that energy.

Together, we’re reshaping perceptions and celebrating the freedom, friendships, and opportunities that come with this new chapter of later living.
