We are committed to supporting our employees' learning and development and our performance is monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We offer a wide range of on-going comprehensive programme of statutory and mandatory training. We have been awarded Investors in People - Gold Award.

You will be assigned a 'buddy' when you start; an experienced trained member of staff who can ensure that your induction is structured, supportive and relevant to your role. This person is assigned to your first month to help you settle into ExtraCare as soon as possible.
