Made up of the Directors of the Charity and other such persons admitted to the membership of ExtraCare under the Articles. There are currently 26 members (the permitted number of members is unlimited) made up of former Executives, Ex-Trustees, Current Trustees and the Resident Forum Chair and Vice Chair.
