How Residents can get involved
Resident Engagement
We are committed to ensuring that residents have a strong and meaningful voice in their communities and in how services are delivered. A range of engagement opportunities are available across all locations, including Residents’ Associations, surveys, meetings, and involvement in recruitment and volunteering activity.
At an organisational level, the Residents’ Forum provides an important mechanism for engagement and feedback, ensuring that resident views are reflected in decision making. The Chair and Vice Chair of the Forum are members of the Charity, helping to ensure that resident perspectives are considered within our wider governance arrangements. Our Resident Forum minutes and Presentations can be found here:
We also work closely with residents through dedicated groups, including our Resident Communications Group and Resident Scrutiny Groups, which provide valuable insight and challenge to help shape services, policies and communications.
By working in partnership with residents and involving them in shaping operations and communications, we can adapt services, respond to feedback and continually improve the quality of the experience we provide.
