Colleagues supported the process by meeting with the assessor or completing the IIP survey assisting in securing the accreditation. The employee feedback gathered through the assessment process has already informed a set of recommendations and an action plan designed to sustain momentum and drive ongoing improvement.
Head of People for ExtraCare, Judith Doran commented: “Achieving IIP Gold is a wonderful milestone for ExtraCare, and it reflects the passion, commitment and teamwork we see every day across the charity. This accreditation is about our people, how we support one another, how we live our values, and how we strive to keep learning and improving. I’m incredibly proud of this achievement and thank everyone involved.”
