Coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions
Earlsdon Park is subject to COVID-19 restrictions. As of 17 May 2021, we are now at stage 3 of the Roadmap out of lockdown. For more information about what these restrictions mean for this community and how this may affect you, please visit our Covid-19 page.
Please be assured we have continuity plans in place to ensure care and catering services continue in some form.
Thank you for helping our community to remain safe at this difficult time.
The village is home to over 350 local older residents, with 322 apartments and a host of social and leisure facilities to enjoy. 52 apartments in the village are available for social rent.
The village is located at Earlsdon Park, on the site of the former Butts Technical College, occupying three acres of a newly-created re-development area. The site also includes a refurbished theatre, proposed restaurant, Premier Inn, food store and café.

ExtraCare is a charity. Our principal aim is to ensure that we can offer our residents a truly rewarding lifestyle at a cost that is affordable and fair to all.
A guide to our charges is set out here. These charges may vary between different ExtraCare Schemes and Villages.
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all who have supported our villages and residents over the last few months. And say thank you to the NHS and all key workers across the UK too as well as sending our thoughts to all communities where loved ones have been lost.
This video features our CEO, Mick Laverty, alongside some of our residents, to explain how the last few months have been and how we have so far achieved our mission to protect our community and create a safe haven for all.
