ExtraCare has over 50 charity shops where you can find all sorts of bargains. Our shops generate profits from all donations, whatever they may be. 100% of the profit raised helps ExtraCare to create better lives for older people and helps us to finance many of our projects:
Our shops have now reopened. Our shops will look and operate a little differently, as we have implemented social distancing measures to comply with current government regulations. All of our shops will be operating a one way system with 1m markings on the floor, because of this, the number of customers we can accommodate in the shop at any one time will be limited. We will be operating a queuing system on a one in one out basis.
Touch points will be cleaned throughout the day to ensure we keep our colleagues, volunteers and customers safe.
We are geared up to accept your donations and would ask you wherever possible to take these to the back door, this will mean you won’t have to queue to hand in your donations.
We are very much looking forward to seeing our customers and donors again.
Thank you for your continued support.
Shop safely!

If you are a UK tax payer you can make your donation go further with GiftAid. A one-off declaration means we can claim an extra 25p from each £1 you donate.
Our shops urgently need your support. If you are having a clear out, why not drop off your unwanted items to your local shop? We take all sorts of donations including:
You will find new bargains available every day. No two shops are the same, we have a fantastic range of clothing, shoes, bags, toys, small electrical items and much more. Pop in and meet your local team.
We try to accept all donations to our shops. There are also a variety of other ways you can donate to ExtraCare.
We always welcome volunteers in our shops. It is a great way to meet new people and make a difference
