Mick’s Marathon: Blog Post 5

It’s now two days since Sunday’s London Marathon and I’m starting to slowly recover.
I managed to run the whole way (without stopping) and get round in 4 hours and 46 minutes, which was under 5 hours (my first target) but not the 4 hours and 30 minutes I was (secretly) hoping for. I was well on schedule for 4 hours and 30 minutes until about the 14 mile mark when literally everything started hurting (my ankles, knees, hips and leg muscles) and I had to slow down.

The workshop is all about nonverbal communication and human interaction, which we stimulate through music-making in a shared and incredibly supportive environment.”
