The 260-home village is due to open in 2018, on Hughenden Road at the north of High Wycombe town centre. The project is a partnership between registered charity The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, Wycombe District Council and Buckinghamshire County Council, with a contribution from the Homes and Communities Agency.
Apartments will be available for purchase, shared ownership and rental. Applications open later this year and over 1,100 households have already registered their interest.
