Stoke Gifford Retirement Village is being built to the east of Coldharbour Lane in Stoke Gifford, adjacent to the University of West England.
The 5.5 acre site is easy to access, only five minutes’ drive from Junction 1 of the M32 and also easily accessible by regular bus routes from the South Gloucestershire area and Bristol. Bristol Parkway rail station is not far away and the nearby M4, M5 and A38 also allow easy travel by car.
Stoke Gifford and Filton offer plenty of local amenities. If you’re looking for somewhere larger than the village shop, there are two supermarkets to choose from and also several retail parks, offering shopping and restaurants. Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is also developing a selection of apartments and houses in the area.
If you’d like to travel further afield, there is plenty to enjoy in Bristol, including theatres, shopping, sports opportunities and even Bristol Zoo!
The city, one of the warmest in the UK, has a number of parks and open spaces, and was recently awarded “cycling city” status.
