We offer mixed tenure types at Solihull Village, including outright purchase, shared ownership and affordable rent. Our apartments are open to all regardless of financial circumstances.

Solihull Village will have 260 homes designed to be fully accessible to wheelchairs. Each will have its own front door, leading to a bright hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom and one or two bedrooms.

The apartments are built to the highest standards, with good sized rooms, central heating and double glazing.

All apartment living rooms will have connection points for both satellite and terrestrial TV, radio, phone, broadband and a link to the village’s closed circuit TV. The master bedroom also has phone and TV points and is bright and spacious.

The kitchens in ExtraCare apartments are modern and include high quality units, a fitted electric oven and hob. Most will also have a fridge/freezer, plumbing for a dishwasher and a built-in washer-drier.

Shower rooms are equipped with slip resistant, self-draining floors and are easily accessible to wheelchairs.

Our homes are designed for ease and comfort, allowing you to remain independent. They include features such as easy-to-reach switches and fittings and emergency lights in the event of power failure. All homes are designed to be energy-efficient, with low-energy lighting.

For your safety and security, apartments are protected by a number of safety features, including the village’s closed circuit security cameras, and an emergency call system connecting you to staff 24 hours a day in the case of an emergency.
