Local older people interested in moving to The ExtraCare Charitable Trust’s Stoke Gifford Retirement Village will have the opportunity to learn more at an upcoming information day.
ExtraCare staff will be at The Bristol Suite, Bristol Marriot Hotel City Centre, 2 Lower Castle Street, Old Market, Bristol, BS1 3AD (near to the Broadmead Shopping Centre) from 10am-4pm on Saturday 22nd April.

The 261-home retirement village is due to open in late 2018, to the east of Coldharbour Lane near to the University of the West of England campus. The project is a partnership between registered charity The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, South Gloucestershire Council and Bristol City Council, with the Homes and Communities Agency also contributing £2.389m.
Apartments will be available for purchase, shared ownership and rental. Applications open later this year and over 400 households have already registered their interest.
