Magic of the musicals at Nottingham Scheme

8th October, 2015

Residents of Seagrave Court recently enjoyed an afternoon of songs from the musicals presented by father and daughter duo Kevin and Marie Baines of Mark Two Character Productions.

According to Activity Co-ordinator PJ Spilsbury, this is the eighth time the entertainers have visited the Scheme.

She says: "The residents love having them here. They enjoy their singing and presentation and the way they relate to the audience."

The last show was called Magic of the Musicals and it included songs from Sister Act, Singing in the Rain, Buddy Holly, Annie, Grease, and Phantom of the Opera, and the singers changed into costumes which were worn by the characters.

This was one of Seagrave Court's free monthly shows for residents.
