Prices from £130,000* for one bedroom apartments 

*50% shared-ownership price. All properties are subject to weekly charges. Please note, the village's 52 rental apartments are reserved for residents with an assessed care need, and Coventry City Council has nominations rights. We do not currently offer apartments at Earlsdon Park Village for private rent.
