Reports & Policies

Our reports and policies set out our Charity's business principles and aspirations in relation to our residents, employees, volunteers, partners, donors, suppliers and the wider communities in which we work.

Key documents

Our previous Corporate Plan was completed in 2020 and our Board of Trustees have decided to defer our next five-year Corporate Plan to begin from 2022. This will allow our charity to more fully understand and respond to the impact of the pandemic, and to allow a full resident consultation exercise once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted. Our operating years 2020/21 and 2021/22 are governed by Annual Business Plans which set out our priorities.
