'Buddies'

All new employees are assigned a 'buddy' when they start, an experienced member of staff who can ensure that your induction is structured, supportive and relevant to your role.

Gaining ExtraInsight - our cultural awareness day

We also offer:

Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) /National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in your area of work. (Over 90% of our care staff are trained to NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care. Typically, 90% of staff hold an NVQ 2 or above in non-care roles).
