St Oswald's Village is a thriving residential community set around
a social hub which includes a restaurant, bar, fitness gym,
greenhouse amongst 18 social, health and leisure facilities. The
Village has a host of activities, classes, social events, many
organised and supported by residents themselves. Community
involvement, either as a volunteer, village Friend or gym member is
welcome.

Our Care
Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help
with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can
support residents with significant assessed care needs, including
dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very
welcome.

Our properties are available for rent, part purchase and
purchase.

We have capacity for over 200 residents and over 60 staff working
in the Village.
