Our Care
Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.

In a Nutshell

Claire Irving (Manager): "Coming back to Rosewood as the manager is a dream come true for me. I started my ExtraCare career here as a RSW. It is like coming home. It is a warm, welcoming and friendly place to be!"

Constance Peploe (resident): At 91 (in 2006) Constance sky-dived 13,000 feet in a tandem parachute jump. Poor weather hampered Constance's efforts to sky-dive for five weeks but her determination won through.  

Geoff Wood, Director at Hinton Sky-dive Centre, jumped with Constance at the company's airfield near Brackley. Afterwards he said: "She did a great jump and is a fantastic lady. She is one of those people in life you feel privileged to have met."

Delighted at her success, Constance said: "Because of the weather it was a long wait before I could do the jump but I enjoyed every minute, if anything it was too quick. They looked after me beautifully and I landed in the field without a scratch."
