partnership with the City Council and represents a major
investment in the well-being of Newtown and Birmingham's older
residents.

Our Care
Approximately a third of residents within the Village will receive
help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances
we will support residents with significant assessed care
needs, including dementia. Residents without current care
requirements are also very welcome.

We will have over 200 residents.
