We have 184 one and two bedroom apartments opening in Spring 2012, with a further 116 apartments opening in Winter 2012, each with:

Our Care
Approximately a third of residents within the Village will receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we will support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.

We will have over 350 residents.

Partnership
The Village is a partnership between The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, Milton Keynes Council, Milton Keynes Partnership (The Homes and Communities Agency) and The Department of Health.

At just £150 for a single membership, or £275 for a couple, our gym staff can help you achieve your personal health goals. We even have an Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist service on site - at a small extra charge.
