Opening in 2012, Pannel Croft Village is being developed on a 6.5 acre site in Newtown, Birmingham. The Village will provide spacious homes for affordable rent and sale, care and a host of community-based health and leisure facilities.

Our Care
Approximately a third of residents within the Village will receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we will support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.
