Our Care
Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help
with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we
cansupport residents with significant assessed care needs,
including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are
also very welcome.
Tenancy
Our properties are available for rent, purchase and shared
ownership.

We have over 200 residents.
