Pannel Croft Village still has a limited number of spaces specifically for people who need care.

• Care is available during the day and night time - your needs are assessed personally with you and care is provided in the comfort and privacy of your own home by a qualified staff team.

• ExtraCare staff are present within the Village 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

• The Village is affordable for all. We provide confidential advice and support to help you with your application.

Our Care
Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we cansupport residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.

Our properties are available for rent, purchase and shared ownership.

We have over 200 residents.
