In a Nutshell
John Payne (Partnership Director for The ExtraCare Charitable
Trust): "This Village will transform a gateway route into the heart
of Birmingham, providing an impressive community-based scheme that
reflects the style and character of the local neighbourhood. Above
all, it is an inspirational housing project which has the interests
of local older people and their families at its heart."
