Our Locations
Our preferred locations are:
- Up to 90 minutes drive time from Birmingham/Coventry
- Urban areas (not rural). Or small towns (at least 20,000
people) with an 80,000-plus population within a five mile
radius
- Near to public transport and local facilities
Site size
- Five to eight acres, suitable for development of at least
150 apartments together with extensive communal facilities
Typical Site Opportunities
- Commercially owned sites restricted by planning (ExtraCare's
Villages are typically C2)
- Housing sites where ExtraCare can provide the affordable
housing
- NHS hospital sites
- School closure sites
